Mr. Acharya had completed his LLM in Commercial Law in 1999 from Tribhuvan University, Nepal Law Campus. His practicing experience in commercial litigation is more than 25 years. Mr. Acharya apt adequate knowledge in solving complex legal issues. He had been assigned as an arbitrator in numerous cases. Mr. Acharya had been involved in Lex Jurist from April 15th 2019. He is a unique combination of an advocate, litigation lawyer and legal counsellor. He has been involved in and has helped the team leaders as well as legal consultants of related legal matter of various companies. Mr. Acharya has the strong negotiation skill.
