Mr. Bhattarai has served in Government service in various positions for 38 years. Mr. Bhattarai had gathered experience as District Attorney in Nepal for 15 years and serviced as the judicial civil servent for the rest of his tenure. He had an opportunity to work as a section officer in the Supreme Court and Special Court for more than 15 years. During his service in Judiciary, he mastered the procedural arrangement of the Courts.  Mr.Bhattarai is one of the best litigating lawyers of Lex Jurist with a referable capacity in procedural law. He apt good knowledge of litigation, court procedures, case management, and client representation. His area of interest in litigation includes civil cases, criminal cases, and cases on corruption. He had been involved in Mediation and had taken various trainings by the Government of Nepal. Mr. Bhattarai retired as Deputy Registrar from the Special Court of Nepal.
